I can't sign in

Use "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen to get a reset link. If you created your account with Google or Apple, sign in with the same button again. Check your spam folder for emails from NextDesk.

I have no matches yet

Add your resume, target roles and preferred locations in Profile. Check Dashboard for search status and any source errors. Timing depends on availability and your account's search allowance.

Where do job postings come from?

From licensed job-listing sources and employer career sites. Every posting links to its original page, where you apply directly.

Does NextDesk apply for me?

No. NextDesk prepares drafts; you review them and make the manual employer submission yourself. Explicitly confirm an application in your tracker only after submitting it.

What can I import and export?

Import a PDF, DOCX or TXT resume up to 10 MB, or paste text. Review extracted details before saving. Preview and copy prepared documents in full. Browser PDF export may offer a visually shaped Print / save as PDF view when direct download cannot preserve a script; check the saved file. Selectable Arabic and mixed text in that fallback is not yet verified.

How do allowances and notifications work?

Your current role, search and draft allowances are shown in the workspace. Notification channels and quiet-time settings are in Profile, separate from AI consent and optional usage data.

How is my data used?

Read the Privacy Policy. You can request a copy of your data by email.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, open Profile → Delete account. Full steps are on Delete your account.
