1. About these terms
NextDesk is provided by NYS Universe, based in the United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using NextDesk you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Who can use NextDesk
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your sign-in details secure, and for activity under your account.
3. What NextDesk does
NextDesk finds job postings from licensed sources and employer career sites, scores how well they fit your profile, and prepares drafts such as tailored resumes and cover letters.
- Drafts are generated by AI. Review and correct every draft before you use it.
- NextDesk never applies to jobs or contacts employers on your behalf.
- Match scores are estimates. We do not guarantee interviews, offers or any job outcome.
- Job postings belong to their publishers. We show them with attribution and a link to the original posting; publishers may change or withdraw them.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the resume and information you provide. You give us a limited licence to store and process it only to provide NextDesk to you. Only upload information about yourself that you have the right to share.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse NextDesk. In particular, you must not:
- upload another person's resume or personal data without their permission;
- scrape, copy or resell the service or its data;
- interfere with, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to the service;
- use NextDesk to break any law.
6. Suspension and closing your account
You can delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete account). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.
7. The service is provided as is
We work to keep NextDesk available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" and may change, pause or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on matches or drafts. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post changes here with a new date and email you about material changes before they take effect.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
