Delete your account

In the app (iPhone, iPad, Android)

1. Open NextDesk and sign in.
2. Go to Profile and tap Delete account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm.

Can't sign in?

Email a deletion request

Send it from the email address on your account. We confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account, name and email address.
• Your resume text and uploaded resume file.
• Your job matches, drafts, application tracker and AI memory.
• Your analytics profile.

What is kept, and for how long

• Encrypted database backups expire on a rolling schedule within 7 days after deletion.
• Crash reports, which contain only a random account ID, expire after 90 days.
